I am disappointed in your storage facility for several reasons: 1. The in house attendant was rude, and although he was not there when I arrived, when he did arrive insisted that he was there all the time and that the door was not locked. My family and I saw him arrive and park, and yet he did not come to the door to tell us he was back. 2. The lock given to us did not work properly, and had to be cut in order to get back into the unit. 3. When we discovered that we did not need the unit, we were told that we could not get a refund. We paid a full month for storage for only 24 hours.. I have never experienced this type of arrangement before. We should have been given a prorated refund. Dr. Godfrey
